Google – Mozilla’s 3 year Deal! – The new search agreement with Google for Mozilla is apparently much more lucrative than the previous cooperation. Apparently, Microsoft was keen to make its search engine to search default in the Mozilla Firefox browser.

Google Will Pay Mozilla Almost $300M Per Year in Search Deal

Kara Swisher of the Wall Street Journal blog All Things Digital reported that Google search under the new agreement annually pays about 300 million U.S. dollars in Mozilla. That is about three times the sum paid by the Internet company to date to Mozilla. 2010 sales of Mozilla was published in the Annual Report at 123 million U.S. dollars – of which 84 percent came, or about 100 million U.S. dollars from Google.

Swisher leads the significant increase due to the fact that Microsoft has also offered to place a default search in Firefox in order to increase its market share further by Bing. The Microsoft search engine is indeed grown steadily recently, but what happened largely at the expense of Yahoo. The combined U.S. market share of the two companies has stagnated for over a year at around 30 percent – less than half of Google’s share (source: ComScore).

Google ‘s three year deal with Mozilla worth $ 900 million

Mozilla and Google have officially announced a few days ago, have renewed their search for agreement. This makes the Google search engine for three more years, the default search in Firefox. The first agreement between Mozilla and Google was closed three years ago and ended in November 2011.

Over the next three years, so Mozilla can count on a budget of around one billion U.S. dollars. Mozilla meets several goals of the partners will pay even more bonuses. Besides the partnership with Google also made several other collaborations, such as with Twitter and Russia’s Yandex offer. What a great search engine!

Google + now open to companies and brands: Companies and brands can now create Google + page. About three months after the start of Google opens its social network Google + now available for companies and brands. So far, the Internet company had stopped, with corresponding profiles that companies set up Google +.

Google + Pages Just like Facebook Pages

Now available for the so-called Google + Pages available. Google + Pages can be used for companies and organizations, products and brands as well as clubs, cultural institutions and groups to be established. This should build on the Google + Pages a fan base and can share content, similar to what is possible on Facebook.

The pages users can only start this link to members of the social network when they were taken over Google + even contacted and placed in a circle. The contacts can then also, as usual, divided into different districts. This allows a company for example, have targeted for premium customers. Also, the video conference feature is available.

Google intends to integrate the Google + pages in its search to help users find the pages and add them directly to their circles. Provides the user with search terms a “+” before, the search will lead directly to the appropriate Google + Page.

Google + Page on Big Company

On Twitter, more difficult to create an artificial page because the name you want may be taken. Twitter also verifies brand page. However, the system is set up for ever brand page a bit messed up too. What is now the official Facebook Page Coke brand, for example, started by fans, not the company itself.

Currently, the new feature is only available for selected partners. According to Google, the Google + pages will “soon” be made freely available. At the start of the offer are some of the larger companies and organizations with their own page here, including H & M, Toyota, Pepsi and Barcelona FC.

Google+ Reaches 20 Million Unique Visitors – Since the launched three weeks ago, Google+ has already captured 20 million unique visitors. And this is happens between June 29 and July 19. Surprisingly, China was not in the top ten countries with most hits on Google+, but Taiwan is included on the top ten thanks to its 0.52 million visitors.

Microsoft Social Networking Site, Tulalip – A couple days ago, Microsoft social networking site has been spotted which certainly unofficially confirmed some rumors than mentioning Microsoft is preparing a social network to rival Google+ and Facebook if they can.

Seeing the Google finally release their Google+, looks like Microsoft finally decided to change a Socl.com to Tulalip, which name taken from an Indian tribe name in Washington. The welcome page of Tulalip mentioned “With Tulalip you can find what you need and share what you know easier than ever”. And on the side of the screen, there are buttons to signing in through Facebook and Twitter.

Even so, when you try to getting into the Tulalip site at this moment, Microsoft already replaced the message into an apology that mention that there are some internal mistake on Microsoft Research team. Unfortunately, people has concluded that Microsoft finally started to take action with their Tulalip in order to rival Google+ service which expected to exceed 10 million account on the near future, and maybe more than.

But it looks like Microsoft will cooperate with Facebook in order to rival Google as since a long time, Microsoft and Facebook has already shown a good cooperation in their service. For example, Microsoft has added Facebook “Like” button in their Bing search engine in May, Microsoft also adding Facebook on their upcoming mobile OS, named “Mango”.

Although Microsoft has decline that the Tulalip is a social network they prepared to rival Google+ and insist that it is only an intern mistake, the prospect of Microsoft, Facebook and Twitter collaborating to create a rival for Google+ is certainly great. Just imagine that Windows Phone 7 Mango, integrated with facebook, twitter and other specialization of those three company, will Google+ stand a chance?
